Returns

Synergy Seed Blends LLC. Com will allow customers to return up to a maximum of 10% of the customer’s total seed purchase that was purchased within the previous 30 days that meets the following requirements:

 

Eligibility

v  Any returned seed must be in the original packaging and not unopened. The package must be in a clean and salable condition.

v  Any returned seed must have been stored in appropriate conditions to preserve the quality of the seed; protected from weather, excess moisture and heat, and with no visible signs of rodent damage.

v  Any seed that was purchased at a discount is NOT eligible for a return.

v  Any seed that was sold out, ay special-order items, and all custom mixes prepared for the customers request are NOT eligible for a return.

 

Seed Return Process

v  All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. This number will be provided by emailing or calling customer service. No returns will be accepted without this number.

v  All returns should be shipped to our blend developer for inspection at Synergy Seed Blends LLC 404 Logan Street O’Neill, NE 68763.

v  When shipping back a return we do recommend a carrier that provides you with a tracking umber for your shipment and insurance. As we will NOT be responsible for any lost returns.

v  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

v  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

v  Please include the following information inside your return package:                            

1.     Your full name and address

2.     A copy of your packaging slip (indicate what items are being returned.) with your return authorization number.

3.     Your contact phone number and your email.

 

Follow Up

v  Synergy Seed Blends LLC will send a credit invoice to the customer for the eligible seed purchased by the customer, net of applicable restocking fees.

v  Returns by mail generally take 7-14 days to be processed and refunded. Once the return is processed, a refund will be processed back via refund check.

v  If ALL of the eligible requirements are NOT met, Synergy Seed Blends LLC reserves the right to REFUSE the return and/or credit the account.
